海外からご注文いただいた商品の返品・交換について
返品をご希望の場合、返送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。
海外からのご注文については、交換を承っておりません。別の商品やサイズをご希望の場合は、商品をご返品のうえ、あらためてご希望の商品をご注文ください。ご返送いただいた商品の到着を確認後、返金手続きを行います。
商品に不具合がある場合や、ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、返品手続きを行う前にお問い合わせください。商品の状態を確認のうえ、対応方法をご案内いたします。

Returns and Exchanges for International Orders
Returns are accepted for international orders. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to offer exchanges for international orders. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. A refund will be issued once we have received the returned item.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. We will review the condition of the item and provide further instructions.
